I recommend the following:
St. John's Wort – This is a very good product to try because it contains high levels of the active ingredient, stevia (pronounced steev), which is known to reduce prostate pain. I use a lot of St. John's Wort because it is so good. There are some other St. John's Wort products you should check out that are similar to this one, but that are more expensive. The ingredients are similar as well, but they contain different amounts of caffeine (about 20% compared to St. John's Wort), which can cause people to over-indulge. Vitamin B5 – There is a study out there on vitamin B5 that has just been published. In this study, they looked at how well vitamin B5 could reduce blood clots in the veins of rats. They used a dose of 1,500 mg of vitamin B5 for 10 days, then another 1,500 mg over the same period. They found that the rats that took the vitamin B5 had a 30% decrease in blood clotting when compared to rats that didn't. The other results were that when rats were given a capsule of vitamin B5 every day, their blood clots went down by 75%! These results show that vitamin B5 is effective, and that it works on many different things. Biotin – I have seen lots of information on Biotin on the internet.
